本利用規約は、「つづきみ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとします。

本アプリは、ユーザーが手動で登録した作品名、配信サービス名、配信予定、視聴済み状態、MY評価、通知設定などをもとに、視聴候補、通知候補、視聴履歴、アチーブメント、着せ替え要素を整理するための補助ツールです。本アプリは、動画配信サービスそのものではなく、作品の視聴、配信、購入、レンタル、保存、録画、ダウンロードを提供するものではありません。

本アプリが表示する通知、視聴期限、配信予定、候補情報、補完情報は、ユーザー入力または外部API等から取得した公開情報をもとに生成される場合があります。これらの情報は、各配信サービス側の実際の公開日時、視聴期限、配信状況、契約条件と異なる場合があります。ユーザーは、作品の視聴可否、配信期限、料金、契約条件、利用可能地域などを、各配信サービスまたは公式情報で自身で確認するものとします。

本アプリは、動画の録画、保存、ダウンロード、DRM回避、アクセス制限の回避、非公式スクレイピング、著作権侵害、その他不正な視聴または取得を目的とするものではありません。ユーザーは、本アプリを法令、公序良俗、各配信サービスの利用規約、第三者の権利を侵害しない範囲で利用するものとします。

ユーザーは、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、改ざん、過度なアクセス、外部APIや第三者サービスへの迷惑行為、権利侵害、虚偽情報の登録、他者になりすます行為、本アプリの運営や機能を妨げる行為、その他開発者が不適切と判断する行為を行ってはなりません。

本アプリは、Netflix、ABEMA、Amazon Prime Video、Apple、Google、AniList、TVmaze、TMDB、Wikidata、Wikipedia、その他の第三者サービスと提携または公式関係にあるものではありません。各サービス名、作品名、ロゴ、商標、API名、ストア名などは、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。本アプリ内での表示は、ユーザーの識別性と利便性のために行うものです。

本アプリのソースコード、画面デザイン、テーマ素材、アプリアイコン、通知音、サンプルデータ、その他本アプリ独自のコンテンツに関する権利は、別途明示される場合を除き、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本アプリを個人的かつ非独占的に利用できますが、本アプリまたはその一部を無断で複製、再配布、販売、改変、二次利用することはできません。

開発者は、機能改善、保守、セキュリティ対応、外部サービス仕様変更、法令またはストア要件への対応などのため、本アプリの全部または一部を変更、中断、終了することがあります。

本アプリは、現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの正確性、完全性、有用性、継続性、特定目的への適合性、通知の確実性、外部情報の正確性について、明示または黙示を問わず保証しません。

本アプリの利用により、通知漏れ、配信期限の誤認、視聴機会の逸失、データ消失、端末設定や外部サービス変更による不具合、その他の損害が発生した場合でも、開発者は、法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。ただし、開発者の故意または重過失による場合はこの限りではありません。

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内、公式サイト、配布ページ、またはその他適切な方法で告知します。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとします。

本規約は日本法に準拠します。お問い合わせは、アプリ内の公式リンクまたは公開サポートページから受け付けます。

These Terms of Use define the conditions for using Tsudukimi. By using the app, users agree to these terms.

The app is a helper tool for organizing watch candidates, notification candidates, viewing history, achievements, themes, and app icon rewards based on titles, services, release schedules, watched status, MY ratings, and notification settings entered by the user. It is not a streaming service and does not provide playback, distribution, purchase, rental, saving, recording, or downloading of video content.

Notifications, deadlines, release schedules, candidates, and supplemental information shown by the app may be generated from user input or public information obtained from external APIs. They may differ from actual release times, viewing deadlines, availability, fees, contract terms, or available regions. Users are responsible for checking official information and each service's terms.

The app is not intended for recording, saving, downloading, DRM circumvention, access restriction bypassing, unofficial scraping, copyright infringement, or other unauthorized viewing or acquisition. Users must use the app within the law, public order, each service's terms, and third-party rights.

Users must not perform unauthorized access, reverse engineering, modification, excessive access, abuse of external APIs or third-party services, rights infringement, false registration, impersonation, interference with the app, or any other conduct the developer considers inappropriate.

The app is not affiliated with Netflix, ABEMA, Amazon Prime Video, Apple, Google, AniList, TVmaze, TMDB, Wikidata, Wikipedia, or other third-party services. Service names, title names, logos, trademarks, API names, and store names belong to their respective owners and are shown only for identification and usability.

Unless otherwise stated, rights to the app source code, screen design, theme assets, app icons, notification sounds, sample data, and other original content belong to the developer or legitimate rights holders. Users may use the app personally and non-exclusively, but may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or reuse the app or its parts without permission.

The developer may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the app for feature improvements, maintenance, security, external service changes, legal requirements, or store requirements.

The app is provided as is. The developer does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, usefulness, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, notification certainty, or external information accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for missed notifications, mistaken deadlines, lost viewing opportunities, data loss, device setting issues, external service changes, or other damages arising from app use, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

The developer may update these terms when necessary. Important changes will be announced in the app, official site, distribution page, or another appropriate method. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Inquiries are accepted through the official links or public support page.
