本ページは、「つづきみ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）に含まれるアプリ本体、素材、第三者サービス、オープンソースソフトウェアの権利関係を説明するものです。

本アプリのソースコード、画面デザイン、アプリアイコン、テーマ素材、通知音、サンプルデータ、説明文、その他本アプリ独自のコンテンツは、別途明示される場合を除き、開発者または正当な権利者に権利が帰属します。無断での複製、再配布、販売、改変、二次利用を禁止します。

ユーザーが本アプリに入力した作品名、視聴済み履歴、MY評価、メモ、ニックネーム、アバター画像などの情報について、本アプリは機能提供に必要な範囲で保存・表示します。これらのユーザー入力情報について、開発者が本アプリの運営に必要な範囲を超えて権利を取得するものではありません。

本アプリで使用しているオープンソースソフトウェアは、それぞれのライセンス条件に従って利用します。主な直接依存関係は以下の通りです。

配信サービス名、サービスロゴ、作品名、第三者API名、ストア名、商標、ロゴ、画像などは、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。本アプリ内での表示は、ユーザーの識別性と利便性のためのものです。本アプリは、各権利者との提携、承認、スポンサー関係を示すものではありません。

効果音、背景画像、テーマ装飾、アチーブメント素材、アプリアイコン素材などは、自作素材、生成素材、または利用条件を確認した素材を使用します。外部素材を追加する場合は、出典、作者名、ライセンス、商用利用可否、改変可否、再配布可否、クレジット表記要否を確認して管理します。

現時点の依存パッケージ一覧は docs/legal/dependency-licenses.csv に生成しています。公開用HTMLでは 依存パッケージのライセンスCSV として同じページに同梱します。正式リリース前には、最終ビルド時点の package-lock.json から再生成し、公開ページまたはアプリ内のライセンスページに掲載します。

現時点で本アプリ本体をオープンソースとして公開しない場合は、All rights reserved相当の扱いとします。将来、MIT LicenseなどのOSSライセンスを採用する場合は、対象範囲、著作権者名、第三者素材の除外範囲、商標や生成素材の扱いを明確にした上で掲載します。

第三者から権利に関する問い合わせ、削除依頼、ライセンス表記の不足に関する連絡があった場合は、アプリ内の公式リンクまたは公開サポートページで受け付けます。

This page explains the rights related to the app itself, assets, third-party services, and open source software included in Tsudukimi.

Unless otherwise stated, rights to the app source code, screen design, app icons, theme assets, notification sounds, sample data, explanatory text, and other original content belong to the developer or legitimate rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, sale, modification, or reuse is prohibited.

For titles, watch history, MY ratings, notes, nicknames, avatar images, and other information entered by users, the app stores and displays that information only as necessary to provide app features. The developer does not acquire rights beyond what is necessary to operate the app.

Open source software used by the app is used under each package's license terms. Major direct dependencies are listed below.

Streaming service names, service logos, title names, third-party API names, store names, trademarks, logos, and images belong to their respective owners. They are shown in the app for identification and usability and do not indicate affiliation, approval, or sponsorship.

Sound effects, background images, theme ornaments, achievement assets, and app icon assets are self-made, generated, or used after checking their usage terms. When external assets are added, their source, author, license, commercial-use permission, modification permission, redistribution permission, and credit requirements should be managed.

The current dependency package list is generated at docs/legal/dependency-licenses.csv. The generated public HTML includes it as the dependency license CSV on the same license page. Before public release, regenerate it from the final build's package-lock.json and publish it on the public license page or inside the app.

If the app itself is not published as open source, it is treated as All rights reserved. If an OSS license such as the MIT License is adopted in the future, the covered scope, copyright holder, excluded third-party assets, trademarks, and generated assets will be clearly stated.

Inquiries about rights, removal requests, or missing license notices are accepted through the official links or public support page.
